Opera Max Now Available In India [Review and Apk Download]

After years of waiting, Opera Max is finally here in India. With my daily consumption of 1gb data a day, this app will finally save me some data over mobile and WiFi data usage.

Here are some things you can do with it:
1. Daily and monthly app data usage, and data saved view
2. Toggles to turn on or off for mobile connection and WiFi
3. Set image quality
4. Set video quality
5. View of apps with high savings.
6. Block data access  of selected apps in Mobile or WiFi mode.

If you are wondering how the app works, it is basically setting up a vpn connection via the app, which then, the data, is sent to Opera's server and compressed and sent back to your device. I have already consumed 1.9 mb and saved 1 mb as I write this review. You may well be able to save upto 50%. That is a whole lot!

Review of Google Photos App: Unlimited Storage by Google [apk download]

Every year Google's I/O features new talk about products of Google. In this year's conference, boy have they caught us by surprise with the option of unlimited storage for our photos and videos using the Photos app by Google. There is a limit though: the videos must be 1080p and below, and the photos must be under 16 megapixels. For the general population it's a good treat. But, considering the tech evolution it won't be long before we even reach those barriers. For now, we are good.

Lets take a look at Google's Photos app

2. Upon initial start up, there is a welcome message with an option for back up and sync toggle. And some few app UI screenshots.

3. Assistant: This thing will suggest you photos, collages, new movies from your photos. As according to the initial user documentation it may help in managing photos and clearing storage.

4. You can view your Google Drive photos using this app. In the settings page you can toggle this on and off.

App Review: Clip Stack- Multi copy clip history in android that works so well. Must have app for writers! Updated 11/4/2015 with Video Review.

Today, I came across an app called Clip Stack and it has become one of my favourite utility apps. It takes a lot of time writing an article in your android; you have to copy links now and then. But this app does a pretty good job of it. And its FREE

FEATURES:
1. Notification level- just swipe to dismiss notifications of the app without staying there permanently or you can choose to let it stay there permanently. You have that option.
2. Selecting a clip history is really easy. Just click the copy icon in the notification panel of the app. Picture attached below explains the job.
3. Simple swipe when in app to delete clip history.
4. Ram usage- fairly small, 4-6 mb
5. Its free.

Android mp3 song downloader best of all

Tired of listening to the same old song? no worries, forget about browsers cause downloading song from browser takes forever with lots of broken links.
Two apps that i will like you to give it a try you wont regret it.




1. Grooveshark.
    You can stream songs online according to their genre and premuim user can save it for offline listening
I tried downloading some songs and it was good i can find almost all the songs i was searching for, download speed was ok. Everything was fine except for one thing i cant play those song which i have downloaded from grooveshark on my default music player. I have to play it from the app itself. I was not quite satisfied with grooveshark, so i hit the google search button and found a new app alternative to grooveshark.
2.Tinytones.apk
Tinytones can stream songs plus download song and save it for later. Doesn't have premuim subscribtion but the app run ads downloading frequently fails if the speed is slow

Streaming and downloading are faster in groovershark but have premuim subscribtion doesn't have free version and offline song (song downloaded from grooveshark ) cant be played on other music players (encrypted)




Tinytunes:
Slow download speed and download fails frequently in slow internet speed streaming is also slower when compared song downloaded from tinytune can be player on any music player (not encrypted)

How to play two clash of clans in single android device

Playing only one clash of clan is quite boring while waiting for it to finsh upgrading you can easily switch your account and clash while u wait .
The process is very simple :
First if you don't already have two google account you need to create another google (other than the main google account) link it with your adroid phone..
If you have multiple google account skip to step 1.

follow this.
1st step:
Goto settings>>appication manager>>locate clash of clans app>> enter >> press clear data
You are half way done.
2nd steps
Exit from settings or app manager(application manager)
Goto apps menu>> open clash of clans >>let it finsh downloading the game data >> new account will be created. Link your new clash of clans with your new google account.
You are done...

Now to play your old clash of clan account
Repeat 1steps and second steps.

Third steps:
Open clash of clans and in the left corner you will find sign in>> press sign in and a list of all the google account you have linked with your android device will be shown choose your desire. Google account and press ok.
You will be taken to your clash of clan acount or game..
With this process you can play many clans of clans ...

Android L Google Keyboard Installation on Redmi 1s running MIUI v45.

Android L Google Keyboard on Redmi 1s running MIUI V45 global version with Material Theme Installation Tutorial.

Recently, I found  a way to install google l keyboard in my redmi 1s running global version v45. After installing I enable the material theme by going to 'settings-language and input- google keyboard setting- advanced options- color scheme- meterial'

You need root for this.

Method 1
  - flash it using cwm or any recovery

Method 2
  - extract the file.
  - install the apk that is in system/app folder in the extracted folder.
  - copy the .lib file to system/lib and change permission to rw-r--r--. (Make sure you do this otherwise it will foreclose).

Lastly, do this for material theme.

After installing enable the material theme by going to 'settings-language and input- google keyboard setting- advanced options- color scheme- meterial'

See the pictures and you will understand.

MKV-720p File Playback Review of MX player, Dice Player, BS player and VLC Beta player

I have tested a MKV file playback in my phone, Redmi 1s, with all of the popular android video players, MX player, Dice Player, BS Player, VLC Beta. And the results are given below.

File Info
Name : Dawn of.
Resolution : 1280 * 688
Frame rate : 23.97

Format : MKV

None of them can play it. MX player could play but the audio and video are not in sync. Dice player gave an error when trying to play it. Vlc beta played but stuttered here and there with pixilated colors like an old worn dvd. Bs player was next to Mx in term of playback.

I tell you, you just wouldn't enjoy watching the video
with any of the above players and many that are out there.

Update: Km player can't play the file

Rockplayer 2 can't even open the file.

How to bypass "Inbox By Gmail" invite.

Inbox by gmail is out but still not there for all to access and try. This article is a trick that has been confirmed to work in case you want to skip invite approval by google and use the app instantly. ( Inbox by gmail trick bypass without waiting working trick as verified by friend).

NOTE: this will only work if one device has already got the invite and the app installed.

The method is such that the approved account will be used to add unapproved account (of your friend, for example).

Step 1.
Add the unapproved gmail a/c to the approved gmail a/c user phone.
Suppose A has been approved. Then, add B's (unapproved a/c) to A's phone, (by going to settings, add account, google, existing, then password and username). Deselect all sync options when the choice prompt comes up.

Step 2.
Open the app ( Inbox by Gmail) in A's phone. There in the sidebar option inside the app, you will find an option to change account. Shift from A to B a/c.

Step 3.
Wait for some time. B's a/c should have been approved by now.

Step 4. Check now in B's phone. If it is approved, then simply delete B's a/c in A's phone by going to settings, account, remove ( Press Menu and you will find the option of removal when you are in B's a/c settings.

Wolla! Hope it works well forever.

Hide Pictures -Hide It Pro 4.0 Apk, The best app to hide Pictures, Videos, Messages, Music

Today, I am going to share an app called Hide Pictures - Hide It Pro.  Don't worry if you find the name little odd. The name will become 'Audio Manager" when you install it on your phone. At least, that's what you will see in your app drawer or app icon.

**Icons and disguise**
In the pro version you even have the ability to change icons. Like in the pictures below, the app disguises like an audio manager. You just have to long press Audio Manager and then you will be transferred to your log in page.

**Types of log in**
  - pin based
  -   password based
Pictures are attached below for the same. There is also an Option for ***fake log in***.
If you enter a specific password, you can log in but the vault will be empty. One of the best ways to fool others in case they force you to see your private content.

**Gallery**
The app does a pretty good job here. You can hide easily using the share option and selecting Audio Manager. It works for both video, audio and pictures. You will definitely like the gallery. Do check it out. Nothing gets better than this. That's what my experience tells me.

**Media types that can be hidden**
  - Audio
  - Video
  - Pictures (definitely)
  - Messages an tons of other features like encryption and file manager.

** How to Hide Files**
  - Go to your gallery, select your picture or video, select share, select Audio Manager among the list. After that, it will ask you to select a folder or create one. Simply select one and your media will be hidden.
  - Or open the app. Go to pictures. You will find the plus icon. Click that. You will find pictures. Select the ones you want to hide. Do the same for Videos and others.

Send Pictures Now Using Wifi in Quickpic

Quickpic has recently been updated with additional feature for sharing pictures using your WiFi. This feature can be accessed using the  "Transfer" option in the app. I have attached photos for a preview in case you are interested.

We have come across times where we wanted to share a lot of pictures via Bluetooth but couldn't due to the slow speed and vastness of the file size.

And also app like Fast File transfer is cumbersome and buggy when trying to send using WiFi. I have been there. But, now there is a solution to all of it

TRANSFER in Quickpic

1. What you do is click the transfer option in quickpic (screenshot provided).
2. Select the photos you want to share.
3. Select the user you want to share ( the recipient must also be in Transfer Mode ( which is step 1).
4. Just wait. Files will be send using wifi.
5. Precaution: Keep the WiFi of both devices turned on before sharing ( just a precaution I take for errorless and easy sharing).

All done!

Coursera- The free education app. Learn like they do in college

Coursera - The free education app
This app needs special mention. Have you ever wanted to learn a certain topic like music for example, but, stayed away because the content of the courses were bad or worse? It has happened to me too. I took up music theory classes from youtube and then I find that the syllabus isn't covered fully like they do in colleges.

But, this app **Coursera** has changed and introduced a whole new way of learning things. The course content is made by professors from universities around the world divided over a span of 4 weeks to 10 week or more.

You get to learn thoroughly as if you were in a college. In the end you can earn a certificate by completing your week quizzes and assignments. You may have to pay for some courses if you want a certificate of the course. Some are free while some are not. But the videos are completely free.

The app allows you to enter the session you want and download the weekly videos for offline viewing. You may also use the web version of coursera instead for a whole compete package.
