I have been searching for a cpu air cooler for a very long time to replace my amd stock one which under stress sounds like a mini radio station. It is not good for the pc parts too as the constant vibration may kill the pc components especially the hard drive. And the cooling is ineffective with stock cooler.
So, for Rs.1550 at the time of this post, Deepcool Gammaxx 300 Tower Type with 3 Heat Pipe Universal CPU Cooler (PC), seems to be the answer for me.

120 mm fan should keep the system cool enough. The one above has 3 heat pipes. There are ones with two and four heat pipes. For the price, I am sure 3 heat pipes will be enough. For 4 pipes it is better to go with other brands like Cooler Master at price higher than Rs.2000.

The fan is very quiet. The temps look good right now. I'll update the post later when the temps in Delhi reach 45 degree Celsius.
As per the product description in Amazon.in, it supports the boards, although reviews mention that it is hard to fit in amd board, but it can be fit.
