For those of you learning a foreign language, these two apps Duolingo and Memrise are probably the best android app to learn foreign languages. I have tried learning Spanish and French and I must they do a very good job of making you learn and recall.
Learning a language is an everyday process and these apps keep a track of your goals and learning process.
You should definitely check them out if you are really serious in learning a foreign language.
For Japanese, there is no so much a choice. So, I am using Learn Japanese android app instead which I found to be the best free japanesd learning app.
I have tested and used all of these apps for more than a month and I would recommend it to any language learner. All are free and awesome apps.
