There are a ton of books out there dedicated to speed reading, but not many apps for it. I have two in my list dedicated to speed reading for android.
The first android app is Reading Trainer. It's not free but surely works well. Check the screen shots below.

The second one is Speed Reading Coach. This one is free. I have not tried it yet. For now I'm using the first one. Will probably give it a try later!
